Are you a member of CleanSa Co-op Society looking to expand your income and gain access to professional, on-demand cleaning jobs in homes, offices, and commercial spaces? The opportunity is here! CleanSa is excited to invite all registered members to list themselves for Clean & Go — our official corporate and residential cleaning service, where clients book skilled CleanSa workers for specific hours and jobs, and workers are paid monthly for all the shifts completed.

This is more than just work — it's a pathway to build your professional profile, gain experience in new environments, and increase your earning potential on a flexible schedule.

🧽 What is Clean & Go?

Clean & Go is CleanSa’s structured, on-request cleaning service. Clients — including households, small businesses, and corporate offices — can book cleaning services for a set number of hours on specific days. These jobs are not live-in, but short-term, time-bound assignments typically lasting from 2 to 8 hours.

Members who sign up for Clean & Go will be added to our available worker roster and assigned jobs based on:

  • Location

  • Availability

  • Skills/Experience

  • Performance and reliability rating

Jobs are allocated fairly, and all completed work is tracked and logged by the CleanSa coordination team.

💼 The Opportunity

As a Clean & Go cleaner, you can:

  • Earn more income on top of your regular work

  • Access professional cleaning jobs in safer, better-paying environments

  • Choose jobs that suit your schedule

  • Build a strong work record with verified clients

  • Get support from the co-op for transportation, logistics, and disputes

You become part of a growing CleanSa Corporate Services brand — helping clients experience the professionalism and excellence of our cooperative.

👗 Uniform and Presentation

All Clean & Go cleaners must wear the official CleanSa uniform when reporting for jobs. This includes:

  • CleanSa-branded apron or t-shirt (provided by the co-op at a subsidized cost)

  • Closed shoes (no sandals)

  • Head covering if applicable (CleanSa scarf or cap)

  • Clean grooming and professional presentation

Clients are expecting professionalism, punctuality, and trustworthiness, and your appearance speaks volumes before you even begin the work.

🧭 Code of Conduct & Expectations

Clean & Go workers are representatives of the entire co-op and must adhere to our high standards. All listed members must:

  • Arrive on time

  • Use respectful and professional language

  • Follow all client instructions carefully

  • Maintain confidentiality about the client’s home or office

  • Avoid using phones during work hours unless in emergencies

  • Never take anything from a client’s premises

  • Report issues or concerns immediately to the CleanSa office

Any breach of conduct may lead to suspension from the Clean & Go program and potential loss of other co-op benefits.

💸 How Payment Works

Clean & Go is a monthly payment system. This means:

  • You will receive a detailed log of all your completed jobs each month

  • Payments are made monthly in arrears (i.e., work done in August is paid by the 10th of September)

  • Your payments go directly to your bank account or mobile wallet

  • CleanSa deducts a small cooperative service fee to cover admin and logistics

This system allows us to bill clients professionally, track performance, and pay fairly across the board.

📲 How to Register

To list yourself for Clean & Go:

  1. Ensure your co-op membership is up to date

  2. Complete the Clean & Go registration form (available at the office or via WhatsApp)

  3. Submit your availability (days and hours)

  4. Attend a brief training session on conduct and service expectations

  5. Collect or order your uniform

  6. Start receiving job assignments when matches are found

Members are selected based on location, reliability, and readiness — so the more professional and available you are, the more likely you are to get regular bookings.

🚀 Why This Matters

Clean & Go is part of CleanSa’s long-term vision to:

  • Build a national cooperative brand that stands for quality and dignity

  • Provide better-paying, dignified work to Zimbabwean women in South Africa

  • Equip members with real work experience, professional referrals, and income security

  • Demonstrate that women in domestic work can also be business leaders, service providers, and co-owners of industry

This is your opportunity to grow your income, gain respect, and take pride in your profession.

🤝 Let’s Build Together

The more members we register and activate in the Clean & Go program, the more jobs we can accept and the bigger our collective earnings. CleanSa is securing contracts, but we need ready, reliable women to fill the demand. Don’t miss out.

List yourself for Clean & Go today. Represent the co-op. Earn with dignity. Build your future.
