In a world where domestic work is often undervalued and women working far from home are overlooked, CleanSa Co-op Society stands tall as a symbol of dignity, unity, and progress. Founded by Zimbabwean women domestic workers living in South Africa, CleanSa is not just a cooperative — it's a movement, a safety net, and a launching pad for a better life. Whether you’re a domestic worker looking for a support system, a Zimbabwean woman seeking new opportunities, or someone who wants to make a difference in your community, CleanSa is your home away from home.

🌍 What Is CleanSa Co-op Society?

CleanSa is a women-led cooperative that brings together Zimbabwean domestic workers across South Africa to work collectively, support one another, and build wealth together. By pooling our skills, resources, and opportunities, we are creating dignified livelihoods, professional job placements, and a range of support services tailored specifically to the needs of our members.

We believe in lifting each other up — because when one woman rises, we all rise.

👩🏾‍🦳 Professional Job Placements & Services

CleanSa connects members with verified job opportunities in:

  • Domestic Work Placements (live-in or daily)

  • Clean & Go Jobs (one-time or short-term cleaning tasks)

  • Elderly & Child Care Jobs (with or without prior certification)

  • Office & Commercial Cleaning Contracts

Through the co-op’s placement system, members enjoy better working conditions, fair wages, and the backing of a trusted organization that negotiates and protects their interests.

💰 Savings, Loans & Financial Empowerment

We know the importance of financial security, especially for women working abroad. That’s why CleanSa offers:

  • Monthly Group Savings Plans

  • Emergency Loans (low interest, fast access)

  • Rotating Credit Schemes (stokvel-style lending)

  • Access to Investment Clubs and Co-op Projects

These tools help members build financial stability, invest in their families, and plan confidently for their futures.

📦 Logistics for Home Support

Many members send goods and money home to support loved ones in Zimbabwe. CleanSa makes this easier through:

  • Affordable Group Shipping Services (to Zimbabwe)

  • Transport and Courier Arrangements

  • Bulk Buying and Distribution of Essentials

We negotiate better prices and ensure your items arrive safely — because we know how hard you work to care for home.

⚖️ Legal Aid and Labour Support

Domestic workers often face unfair treatment or don’t know their rights. CleanSa protects and educates our members through:

  • Access to Legal Advice and Representation

  • Help With Contracts, Disputes, and Unfair Dismissals

  • Know-Your-Rights Workshops and Training

No woman should feel powerless at work. CleanSa ensures you never stand alone.

📚 Training, Wellness & Empowerment

We offer our members the chance to grow personally and professionally through:

  • Cleaning and Caregiving Certification Courses

  • Mental Health and Emotional Wellness Support

  • Entrepreneurship Training and Small Business Support

  • Community Events, Retreats, and Sisterhood Circles

We are not just workers — we are women with dreams. CleanSa gives you the tools to pursue them.

🤝 Membership & How to Join

Becoming a member of CleanSa is easy and life-changing. All Zimbabwean women working in South Africa in domestic or care work are welcome to join. Membership includes:

  • Access to job placements

  • Financial services and training

  • Legal and wellness support

  • Belonging to a sisterhood that lifts you up

Monthly contributions are small but powerful — they go directly into funding our shared services, building the co-op, and supporting members in need.

🌟 Affiliate Program – Bring Others, Earn More

CleanSa also offers an Affiliate Referral Program. As a member, you can earn rewards or credits by introducing other Zimbabwean women to the co-op. When they join using your referral code, you earn a percentage toward your savings, job priority placement, or even cash bonuses.

Every woman you bring in strengthens the co-op — and benefits you.

🌈 Why CleanSa Matters

In a foreign land, many Zimbabwean women face isolation, financial stress, and unfair work conditions. CleanSa changes that. It transforms domestic workers into co-owners, workers into investors, and isolated individuals into a vibrant, empowered community.

CleanSa Co-op Society is not charity — it is change. It is our solution, by us and for us.
